Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Post Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Saint Louis, MO. Shift: 3x12 hr days Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 16 weeks Pay: $2270 / Week

*16 weeks, 0700-1930 WEO day shift. Works one day thru week (can choose) and every Sat and Sun. No call.*

Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned

Special Requirements:
Pt. population includes adults, occasional adolescents, and geriatric population in level 1 trauma center.
Surgical patients we recover include: Neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, orthopedics, thoracic, vascular, trauma, general, colorectal, GYN, urological, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and transplant.
We do not recover open heart surgeries or liver transplants.

Unit has own PCT/transport team
Unit open 24/7. Consists of 38 patient bays. Staff needed for recovery of vast array of acute post op patients. Critical care experience required as some patients require artificial airways, invasive monitoring (including ICP), transfusions, and vasoactive drugs. Surgical patients we recover include: Neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, orthopedics, thoracic, vascular, trauma, general, colorectal, GYN, urological, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and transplant. We do not recover open heart surgeries or liver transplants.
*night shift would have to learn how to work up a preop patient
