HVAC Service Technician

Location: Fenton, MO
Pay: $21-$33/hour (DOE) + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Sign-On Bonus Schedule

• $1,000 after 90 days
• $1,000 after 180 days
• $1,000 after 1 year

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, repair, and install residential HVAC systems
• Work on residential homes, manufactured housing, and light commercial equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC components
• Follow manufacturer specifications and all local, state, and national codes
• Perform pre-job measurements and identify required materials
• Install household appliances when needed
• Stock and maintain your company vehicle with the tools and materials needed for each job
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate job progress and scheduling updates with dispatch
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every call
• Assist with training and mentoring other technicians as needed
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
• At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting skills with residential HVAC systems
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, testing equipment, and electrical diagnostics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation when needed
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• HVAC trade school education is a plus
