Cloud Engineer

Introduction This is an onsite position which can be worked from any client-approved office location. The position primarily involves working on Azure Cloud Environment within Platform Engineering. Location Atlanta, GA or Irving, TX or SF, CA Salary Range $68.00- $74.00 per hour on W2 Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Azure Networking concepts Strong knowledge of Azure troubleshooting and automation Experience with GitLab and GitLab runners Proficiency in ITSM Service Now and Jira Advanced, in-depth knowledge of Azure services and automation Must have hands-on experience deploying and running applications on Azure Public Cloud Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry Preferred Skills & Qualifications Certifications in Azure HashiCorp Terraform Knowledge of AWS and Python Day-to-Day Responsibilities Create infrastructure in Azure CSP using Terraform and ADO Develop IAC pipelines using GitLab runners Collaborate with different app teams to understand ad hoc requirements, troubleshoot existing platform issues, and implement changes Convert ADO pipelines into Terraform IAC pipelines Build custom VM images using Packer Deploy and troubleshoot Azure Windows/Linux VMs, scale sets, and load balancers Support weekly releases during non-business hours Create Jira tasks and ServiceNow change requests Interview Process Number of rounds: 2 Format: Teams video interview Technical coverage: Medium and advanced concepts in Azure services, networking troubleshooting, Terraform automation, and Ansible automation Company Benefits & Culture Competitive salary Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and innovative work environment For immediate consideration, please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
