Job Title: Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Location: Baltimore, Maryland

Job Summary:

At Kids Club ABA - VA , we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality ABA therapy for children. As a Lead BCBA, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide training to parents and staff, and collaborate with other team members. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• Conduct assessments

• Provide training to parents and staff

• Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA

• Maintain records and documentation

• Attend professional development activities

• Supervise RBTs

• Opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in ABA or related field

• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification

• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA

• Strong understanding of ABA principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Total Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency.
