Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume main OR setting with 23 operating rooms at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Assist with a broad range of elective surgical cases including Orthopedic, Spine, General, Cardiovascular, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology procedures
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment alongside a staff of approximately 70 OR personnel
• Accurately document patient care activities using Meditech EMR
• Adapt to varying case types and surgical team needs while maintaining a flexible and professional approach

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care Operating Room experience (2 years preferred)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Orthopedic and/or Spine surgical cases
• Experience with Cardiovascular (CV) surgical cases
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
