This is a Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a CADL, clean DMV record and reliable transportation. Must have basic computer knowledge. Salary range: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00 - $26.50 per hour, DOE. May also assist in Painting of Interior Units, Office Areas, Laundry Room and Common Area Maintenance.Basic Plumbing including; Toilet, Faucet and minor Pipe RepairPainting including; Preparation, Sanding and Color MatchingElectrical Repairs including; light switch, cords, ballasts and bulbs and circuit breakersLock Replacement/adjustment, bolt installation, window locks, latches and keysScreen Door Repair and Replacement, Sheetrock repair when neededDetailing Turnover Units, Completing within 5 days1+ Year of Related Apartment Maintenance ExperienceKnowledge and Skills in Plumbing, Electrical, and General MaintenanceCADL, Clean DMV and Reliable Transportation
