Learning Specialist (Remote in California)

Design, facilitate, and maintain onboarding and Learning Path development sessions and content in various mediums (virtual and in-person live as well as via our Learning Management System).

Contribute to the planning and logistics related to onboarding and employee development programs, including communications, coordinating, and scheduling sessions, evaluating feedback, and providing support for employees to ensure seamless experience.

Develop and deliver exceptional onboarding experience for new employees.

Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions, delivering an exceptional learning experience for participants.

Assist the Enterprise Development Manager with developing and maintaining instructional best practices for in-person, virtual and on-demand formats.

The salary for this position is between $70,000 - $79,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
