• Flexible scheduling: 12+ shifts per month with options to tailor your schedule to your practice goals and lifestyle

• Strong collaboration with Critical Care (closed ICU), regional Level 2 Trauma program, and Emergency Department physicians who are part of the same medical group

• Competitive Total Cash Compensation between $324,000 and $366,000 depending on the exact distribution of shifts worked (admit, rounder, swing, nights)

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
