Delivery Driver - DOT

Job Overview Selected individuals will work at Store #3259, 1400 Summit Avenue, Oconomowoc, WI 53066. This part‑time position offers a starting pay of $16.91/hr, or based on experience. Responsibilities Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements efficiently. Load customer orders properly onto the truck. Complete all required forms. Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner. Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair or servicing needs. Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints. Adhere to assigned routes and schedules. Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record. Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries. Operate equipment and machines such as cars, trucks, and forklifts. Perform other store tasks, including warehouse duties, tinting, and mixing customer orders. Follow any necessary criminal history review procedures to protect safety. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: At least 21 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future. Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License. Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) or willingness to obtain it within five business days of a conditional offer. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Proficient reading and speaking of English for general communication and understanding of highway signs and official inquiries. If internal, at least a “meets expectations” rating on the most recent performance appraisal. If internal, completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience as a delivery driver. At least one year of experience using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar. Previous work experience selling paint and paint‑related products. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
