The Opportunity

We are hiring a Customer Sales Representative to join our Cincinnati, Ohio team.

This role is ideal for a confident, personable individual who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their skills in customer service, sales, marketing, event marketing, customer engagement, and lead generation.

You will be an important point of contact for customers and prospects, representing client brands professionally and helping create positive experiences that can lead to long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and engaging customer service during events, promotional activities, and brand activations
• Communicate with customers, prospects, and members of the public in person
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
• Build positive customer relationships through genuine face-to-face interaction
• Support customer engagement and lead generation activities
• Identify and qualify potential customers and sales opportunities
• Assist with lead capture and CRM processes
• Support sales presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities where required
• Assist event teams at trade shows, exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional events
• Support customer and prospect follow-up activities
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives
• Maintain a professional representation of Valora Rise and the brands we support
