Job Description Critical Care Float Pool - RN | Tulsa, OK Schedule & Compensation: Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) Incentives & Differentials Relocation Bonus: $10,000 Shift Differentials:

• 4/hr after 7 PM
• 0.25/hr after 11 PM
• 6/hr Critical Care Differential

We are seeking a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic team, providing high-quality patient care across multiple critical care units. Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 1-year Critical Care RN experience required Strong PCU background highly preferred Med-Surg candidates considered (Need to be strong experience) Working knowledge of disease management, clinical pathways, and psychosocial care Strong communication (written & verbal) Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively Detail-oriented in clinical and data evaluation Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Valid Oklahoma RN License (multi-state or state) #J-18808-Ljbffr Lancesoft INC
