You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current Qualifications: • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Skilled with Microsoft Office Compensation: 89,000 - 113,000 yearly
