Senior Project Lead

Connecting higher education clients with internal teams, the full-time Senior Project Lead will manage high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while enhancing student enrollment and engagement in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Act as the primary strategic contact for assigned higher education clients, conducting regular updates and performance reviews Lead complex marketing projects from onboarding to delivery, managing integrated project timelines and ensuring quality standards Monitor project performance and budget, identifying risks early to maintain profitability and alignment with client goals Required qualifications 6-9 years of experience in higher education, marketing, or agency environments with increasing responsibility 3+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multi-workstream client accounts Bachelor's degree (PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred) Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Advanced proficiency with project management tools, including Asana and Google Suite
