Commercial Painter – Join Team OmniOmni Glass & Paint, hiring full‑time Commercial Painters. Flexible start times as early as 6 a.m. Pay: $20–$35 per hour, depending on experience. What You’ll Do Apply paint, stain, or lacquer to interior and exterior surfaces to enhance and protect buildings and fixtures. Prepare surfaces by sanding, removing old finishes, patching holes or cracks, and mixing and matching paint. Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Set up ladders or scaffolding and work at heights for projects that require it. Apply specialty finishes and wall coverings, including wallpaper and vinyl wall coverings. Follow safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment. Travel to job sites throughout Wisconsin; occasional overnight stays may be required. What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Ability to read instructions and basic blueprints, do simple math, solve on‑the‑job challenges, and work at heights. Experience in commercial or residential painting (1–3 years) preferred but not required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights when needed.
