• Drs. in practice: 3 Hygienists: 8
• Total chairs: 14
• Schedule: Part-time (Wed, Thurs, Fri) with potential of full-time in 2024
• Practice annual revenue: $4.2m
• 80% PPO 20%FFS
• Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, Mouth-Watch Intraoral camera, etc.)
• Specialty work done in office: Invisalign & implants
• Average new patients/month: 20-30

Compensation for Part -Time Providers

• Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
• Malpractice insurance

• Highly proficient in aspects of general dentistry, cosmetic, and restorative
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
