We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less. Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 BOE Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented Must possess the ability to design, coordinate and maintain landscaping on the golf course Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course maintenance Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation Must be dependable Responsibilities Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees and other areas Waters tees, greens and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water Repairs the irrigation system, pipes and irrigation heads as necessary Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairways Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds Applies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf course Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Benefits & Other Compensation Eligibility for Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
