Role Description This full-time Mental Health Therapist role is a hybrid position based in Orlando, FL, with the ability to work part of the time from home. The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches, conduct comprehensive psychosocial and diagnostic assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a caseload, coordinating care with psychiatrists and other providers, engaging in case management and referrals to community resources, and documenting services in compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. The therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participate in clinical consultations, and support patients in developing coping skills and achieving treatment goals. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Proficiency in Treatment Planning, including setting measurable goals and monitoring progress. Experience in Family Therapy and working with diverse family systems. Background in Social Work and Case Management, including resource coordination and advocacy. Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Current professional license or license-eligible status in the state of Florida (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist). Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with commitment to ethical and culturally responsive practice.
