This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026. Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
• Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources
• Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies
• Daily communication with supervisor regarding potential issues

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards
• Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
