Practice Overview

• Join an established health network as an employed Optometrist
• Medical-focused outpatient practice with no sales pressure

• Three exam rooms, two scopes, and advanced diagnostic technology including the Clarus 500
• Efficient workflow supported by the NextGen EMR system

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of 180,000-200,000 based on experience
• 10,000 sign-on bonus
• 5,000 relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Open to experienced optometrists, including VISA candidates
• Comfortable practicing in a medical-focused optometry model
• Board certification preferred but not required
