What You’ll Do Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice providers, social workers, and case managers Develop community partnerships throughout your assigned Northern Virginia territory Represent Comfort Keepers® at networking events, healthcare meetings, senior-focused events, and local business organizations Educate families and referral partners on our in-home care services and personalized care approach Generate new client opportunities through relationship-based outreach and follow-up Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure exceptional client and family experiences Maintain activity tracking and referral reporting through CRM systems Support local marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and LinkedIn networking What We’re Looking For Sales, business development, healthcare outreach, or community relations experience preferred Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, hospice, or related industries is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable networking and engaging with healthcare professionals and community partners Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned Northern Virginia territory Why Join Comfort Keepers®?
