Ludico is an exciting new restaurant concept from Tribeca Hospitality Group, bringing together fresh, vibrant, and transportive European flavors in an elevated yet approachable dining experience.

As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking a talented and driven General Manager, with a strong track record of successfully opening fine dining restaurants in Manhattan to position the restaurant for success from day one.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership and team-building skills, a sharp eye for cost controls and P&L management, and a genuine commitment to hospitality and guest experience. This individual will partner closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure a seamless, elevated guest journey — from reservations and service flow to staff training and quality consistency.

Responsible for the opening of a fine dining restaurant while running the floor across a high-volume, multi-room operation without losing the intimacy of a neighborhood spot. Lead a large FOH team that treats regulars like family and makes first-timers feel like they've been coming for years. Partner closely with culinary and beverage leadership so service always supports the food and drink — never competes with it.

You'll Own:

• Day-to-day floor operations across multiple distinct rooms and service styles (fine dining, bar, private events, outdoor)
• Recruiting, training, and developing a large front-of-house team
• Labor, budgets, and P&L for a high-volume operation
• VIP guests, private events, and high-profile reservations
• A service culture that's elevated and attentive but never stiff or overproduced
• Health, safety, and compliance across a large, complex space

You Bring:

• 5+ years as a GM or senior FOH leader in a high-volume, upscale restaurant — multi-room or multi-concept experience a big plus
• Real passion for wine and beverage (deep wine list experience strongly preferred)
• A track record of building service cultures, not just enforcing standards
• Comfort at scale — big teams, big rooms, big covers — while protecting a personal, boutique guest experience
• Strong financial chops: labor, P&L, forecasting
• Poise with high-profile guests and press-worthy events
• NYC restaurant experience strongly preferred
