Meritage Hospitality Group is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the team!

What You'll Do:

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for department & system administration and is the primary point of contact for Facilities, Operations and the Finance department related to work order ticketing and asset management. The Facilities Coordinator works directly with maintenance teams and project managers to provide administrative support, optimize performance, extend asset lifecycles, and reduce operational downtime and maintenance costs. The Facilities Coordinator collaborates with an interactive, multi-disciplinary team to manage, maintain and support the department's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Essential Functions:

• Support and maintain consistent application of CMMS procedures, feeds, and integrations to various maintenance, purchasing, and inventory functions.
• Responsible for maintenance of all relevant data and processes maintained within the CMMS, including but not limited to vendors, contracts, and backend workflow(s).
• Maintain database records for the maintenance of properties, buildings, equipment, assets, approval templates, work order scheduling, system/data integrity and change control.
• Oversee and maintain the CMMS processes related to safety/compliance procedures as well as recurring and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Acts as the liaison between the Facilities and Operations teams for priorities and alignment.
• Liaison between the organization and vendors/contractors within the CMMS.
• Works to assist with CMMS users, access, approval, and training.
• Liaison for the organization's Accounts Payable/Finance Team for all CMMS related needs.
• Partners with the Risk Department to support various compliance related needs.
• Receive and respond to internal customer concerns and issues in a timely manner.
• Function as a liaison between vendor and CMMS System Users for issue resolution.
• Provide administrative and internal process support to the Design, Construction and Facilities Team(s) as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer support within the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 3 years or more of administration experience (Corrigo) highly preferred. Work order management systems and/or related business software.
• Ability to technically troubleshoot.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other business-related software.
• Knowledge of industry compliance and safety awareness
• Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete projects and tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
