Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room

Travel RN-OR AssignmentTravel RN-OR jobs in Shawnee Mission, KS let you provide skilled nursing care in a hospital operating room, supporting a wide range of surgical procedures including cardiovascular, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and pediatrics. You will assess patients, assist surgeons, monitor intraoperative care, and document all interventions in the Meditech electronic medical record (EMR). To qualify, you need a current Kansas RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 2 years of operating room nursing experience. Surgical or procedural experience is preferred but not required. Experience with Meditech EMR and strong clinical assessment skills are necessary. Recommended skills include adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
