Generate new business through cold calling, outbound outreach, and referrals. Deliver engaging Zoom demonstrations to dental practices and decision-makers. Build relationships with dental industry distribution partners. Attend select industry events and occasionally travel with partners. Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and consistently exceed sales targets. Who We're Looking For Competitive, ambitious, and motivated by results. Dental industry knowledge is essential. Confident prospecting, presenting, and building relationships. Self-driven, organized, coachable, and accountable. Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of sales experience OR 2+ years working in a dental practice (hygienist, assistant, treatment coordinator, practice manager, etc.). Understanding of dental practice operations and team responsibilities. Located in the Western U.S. (excluding California) . Preferred: Dental sales or SaaS experience, bachelor's degree, familiarity with dental software, Zoom, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
