What You'll Do:

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projects
• Install framing, doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and architectural finishes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood, metal, and composite materials
• Construct forms, partitions, blocking, and other structural components
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Work alongside project managers, superintendents, and skilled tradespeople
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines

What We're Looking For:

• Previous commercial carpentry experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Knowledge of carpentry methods, tools, and materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• OSHA certification is a plus

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Myers, FL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
