Chief Product Officer

To lead the transformation of the Spend Management division into a world-class software platform, the full-time remote Chief Product Officer will define the product vision, establish a modern operating model, and drive innovation through AI integration while managing a growing product team. Key responsibilities Define and communicate the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Spend Management division Lead the evolution toward a unified, scalable SaaS platform that integrates expense management, commercial cards, and accounts payable automation Build and expand a high-performing product team, clarifying roles and fostering a culture of rapid innovation and customer focus Required qualifications Approximately 15+ years of experience in product, software engineering, or technical leadership with a focus on enterprise B2B software Proven track record of building or reinventing SaaS platforms with exceptional UI/UX and strong customer adoption Experience applying AI to enhance customer-facing products and product development processes Strong technical depth to engage in architectural discussions and make informed decisions on platform scalability and security Demonstrated ability to connect product strategy to revenue, retention, and customer value in high-growth environments
