Shipping Inspector

Position: Shipping Inspector Shift: 1st Shift Shift Schedule: Regular nonpeak hrs 7:00AM-3:30PM / Peak Season Hrs. 5:00AM - 3:30PM Pay: $19.50 per hour Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly attendance bonuses. Role Purpose: To audit all loads/shipments. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for auditing all loads/shipments according to Load Sheet/Instructions and Import Pedimento. Ensure 100% accuracy in all shipments. Consolidate suppliers shipments in truckloads. Create the Shipping Manifest for the daily truckloads. Comply with established SOPs and cut off times. Preferred Qualifications: Must have accurate and effective communication with the shipping/transportation departments.
