Senior Internal Systems Engineer

This modern, profitable, and well-established technology consulting firm — supporting 500+ clients across the Western U.S. — is hiring a Senior Internal Systems Engineer to join their team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll design and optimize the infrastructure that powers the organization. Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 Availability: On-site: can be located and work from any of the company's three offices; Bothell, WA | Chandler, AZ | Spokane Valley, WA What You’ll Do Design, implement, and maintain internal infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, endpoints) Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, scalability, and security Lead vulnerability management, patching, and compliance initiatives Drive disaster recovery and business continuity planning Manage change control and technical documentation (SOPs, diagrams, structured procedures) Evaluate and implement emerging technologies Provide Tier 1–2 escalation support as needed Participate in on-call rotation What They’re Looking For 5+ years of systems or infrastructure engineering experience Experience with Windows and Linux environments Strong background in networking and virtualization Hands‑on experience with Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Backup and recovery systems experience PowerShell or automation scripting skills Strong understanding of vulnerability management and secure configurations Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, Security+, or similar preferred Why You’ll Love It Direct access to senior leadership Exposure to modern, evolving technologies Monthly training and clear growth pathways True work/life balance CampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
