Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. This is a full-time, remote position based in Jonesboro, AR. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional customer service Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals Educate clients on our products and services, and recommend appropriate solutions Meet and exceed sales targets and goals Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to clients Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales activities Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the financial services industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be self-motivated and able to meet and exceed sales targets Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace to work remotely Why Work for Us?
