Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities: • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Previous work in a customer-facing position • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation: $45,000
