Insurance Agent

We are seeking an Insurance Agent to join a locally owned, independent insurance agency where relationships, personalized service, and community matter. This role is focused exclusively on Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, providing the opportunity to build expertise without responsibilities related to life, health, or financial products. This role encompasses both sales and service responsibilities, catering to both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of insurance products. Whether it's servicing existing accounts, writing new policies, or addressing client inquiries, the Insurance Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients' coverage aligns with their evolving needs and circumstances Assist clients with policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base Educate clients on various insurance products and tailor solutions to meet their individual needs Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively Policy Administration Process new insurance applications accurately and efficiently Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information Collaborate with underwriters and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless policy issuance and administration Qualifications Proven experience in insurance sales and/or customer service roles Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software systems #J-18808-Ljbffr May River Recruiting
