As a Concrete Foreman, you'll oversee crew members on various projects, ensuring quality of work, and timing completion. Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew of 10+ members Ensure compliance with current ADA standards and regulations Read and understand project plan blueprints and elevations Work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail Prioritize and multi-task to meet company goals and deadlines Interact and motivate crew members to achieve project objectives Requirements 5+ years of experience working with concrete 3+ years of experience working with architectural walls/ Tilt panels 2+ years of experience working with footings and foundations Strong understanding of construction practices specializing in concrete Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to speak English and Spanish (bi-lingual) is a plus A few extra perks Steady, year-round employment Opportunities for growth and professional development Outstanding employee culture Collaborative and dynamic work environment Special Requirements Must be able to pass controlled substance tests prior to, and at all times, during employment.
