You'll help customers create their own personal wellness retreat by recommending premium products including:

• Hot Tubs

• Swim Spas

• Saunas

• Cold Plunge Systems

• Water Care Products

• Wellness Accessories

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll:

• Welcome customers into our beautiful retail showroom

• Conduct professional consultative sales presentations

• Learn about each customer's lifestyle, wellness goals, and budget

• Demonstrate premium wellness products and their benefits

• Recommend customized solutions based on customer needs

• Prepare quotes and proposals

• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads

• Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals

• Visit customer homes when necessary for site consultations

• Maintain customer information using HubSpot and Salesforce CRM

• Coordinate with our delivery and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and leadership training

• Consistently achieve personal and team sales goals

What a Typical Day Looks Like

No two days are exactly alike, but your day may include:

• Greeting showroom visitors

• Demonstrating hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunge systems

• Consulting with homeowners about their wellness goals and backyard projects

• Following up with prospective customers

• Visiting customer homes when needed

• Preparing proposals and closing sales

• Collaborating with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Five-day work week

• Consecutive days off

• Weekend availability is required

• Days off typically fall Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday

Weekends are our busiest sales days and provide the greatest opportunity for success.

QualificationsRequired

• Two or more years of successful commission-based retail or consultative sales experience

• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

• Comfortable using CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• Weekend availability
