About the Internship We are seeking a Summer Marketing Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands‑on program is designed for students who want to gain real‑world experience in social media, content, and brand marketing. Throughout the program, you'll gain exposure to social strategy, content development, trend research, campaign support, and social performance while learning how a global lifestyle brand connects with consumers. What You Will Do in This Role Support the development and execution of social media content and campaigns Assist with social media calendars, content planning, and campaign organization Research emerging social, cultural, and consumer trends Identify relevant trends, conversations, and opportunities across social platforms Research potential creator and influencer partnerships aligned with brand and campaign objectives Maintain awareness of emerging creators, influencers, and cultural voices relevant to target consumers Support content creation and organization across social channels Assist with social reporting and performance analysis Conduct competitive research and monitor brand activity Collaborate with Brand, Creative, PR, and other Marketing teams Support presentations, creative briefs, and campaign materials Assist with special marketing projects and initiatives Partner with a dedicated mentor for creative guidance and professional development Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program Bring fresh ideas, creativity, and a strong understanding of digital culture to team projects Who You Are (Requirements) Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree , graduating between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028 Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote) Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital trends Comfortable researching trends and translating insights into ideas Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects Passionate about social media, fashion, lifestyle brands, and consumer culture Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media analytics tools is a plus What We Offer Paid Internship: Compensation provided for the full 10-week Summer 2027 program Real-World Experience: Hands‑on projects that support team goals and business initiatives Expert Mentorship: Guidance and support from experienced Fossil Group professionals Professional Development: Workshops, panels, and learning opportunities throughout the program Networking & Community: Opportunities to connect with leaders, employees, and fellow interns Employee Discounts: Save on Fossil merchandise At Fossil Group , we embrace purpose and take every opportunity to work together to make the world a little better.
