Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Outpatient program in an assisted living and memory care setting
• Therapists typically work with about 8 residents a day
• One-on-one care rather than group or multiple concurrent treatments

Location Highlights

Southlake is a suburb between Dallas and Fort Worth, with access to both downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth in about 30 to 40 minutes by car. Grapevine Lake is about 15 minutes away and offers boating, fishing, and hiking, while Grapevine Historic Main Street features local dining and seasonal events.
