Position Overview: The Shop Foreman plays a critical leadership role in our service department—balancing hands‑on technical expertise with team guidance and workflow management. This position is ideal for an experienced technician ready to take the next step into leadership while mentoring and training newer technicians in a high‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
