Talent Acquisition Coordinator

CR Fletcher is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a client company in downtown Syracuse. This position will support recruiting and talent acquisition efforts within a professional services organization. You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that supports its employees and encourages professional growth.

Duties

• Support recruiting efforts across multiple locations, including coordinating with external recruiters, candidates, and internal leadership.
• Schedule interviews, organize and manage the talent pipeline, and create and post open positions.
• Maintain candidate information, recruiting databases, and applicant tracking systems to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including hiring managers' calendars, travel arrangements, interview materials, and collecting interview feedback.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and assist with onboarding preparation for new hires.
• Prepare reports on recruiting statistics and survey responses.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding summer interns.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and complete data entry with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
