This role is ideal for a surgeon with strong experience in laser vision correction and refractive cataract surgery , who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a high‑volume, technology‑forward environment.

Surgeons with interest or expertise in advanced refractive technologies , premium IOLs , and vision‑correction innovation will thrive in our dynamic, multi‑specialty ophthalmology group.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care
\n
• Perform cataract surgery and refractive procedures (LASIK/PRK/SMILE/ICL depending on training)
\n
• Manage pre‑ and post‑operative patients
\n
• Collaborate closely with optometrists, technicians, and clinical staff
\n
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
\n

Qualifications

\n
• MD or DO with completion of ophthalmology residency
\n
• Board certified or board eligible
\n
• Active Florida medical license
\n
• Strong surgical and clinical skills
\n
• Excellent communication and patient‑care focus
