The Clinical Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for the management of the Geri‑Psych (Silvercare) Unit under the direct supervision of the Director of Geri‑Psych. This position assists the Director with planning, organizing, directing and supervising the operation/activities in the department. He/She is responsible for the performance of the employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in coordination with the Director, to assure optimum patient care and spends 70% of time in management. Requirements Associate's degree in Nursing, BSN preferred. Must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an RN in the state of Georgia. Must have BLS and complete Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification within three months of hire. Prefer applicants with one year of experience in behavioral health or related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
