Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the RN Clinical Lead - Lactation Services partners with IBCLCs and interdisciplinary teams to lead orientation and in-services, organize parent education and outpatient resources, ensure Human Donor Milk compliance, steward the Baby-Friendly designation, track infant-feeding metrics, advance performance improvement and infection prevention, and provide direct patient care as needed. As a Lactation Team Lead, expect supportive leadership, friendly nurses, and a diverse, collaborative care team.
