Freebird is seeking a Director of Paid Media to own a $50M+ portfolio across Meta, Google/YouTube, Amazon PPC, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. You will set allocation strategy, build measurement infrastructure, lead the team, and drive sustainable customer acquisition and contribution margin growth. This is a portfolio leadership role focused on marginal dollars and incrementality, not a channel manager role.
