Payroll Representative

Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• This entry-level role is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry for employee records and assisting in payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Part of a team that processes bi-weekly payroll, including time and attendance verification


• Maintain accurate, confidential payroll records in compliance with internal controls


• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide excellent service

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal office conditions.

• Work performed is deadline driven
