Key Experience(s)
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst
• Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices
• Story writing in Agile formats
• Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews
• Previous experience in Development
• Previous experience in event driven architecture
• Previous experience in application scheduled work
• Familiarity with databases and how to query
• Ability to read API documentation & understand how to integrate with them
• SQL experience
• Previous DNA knowledge; API's, ACH process
• Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit
Key Skill(s):
• Good communicator, both written and verbal
• Well organized
• Attention to detail
• Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand
