If you're passionate about recovery and want to impact others in a meaningful way - we warmly invite you to join our growing family!Now Hiring a Housekeeping Aide at our inpatient facility in Fort Collins, Colorado!What You'll Do• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant• Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc.• Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility• Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive DirectorWhat We're Looking For• No formal education required• Minimum of two years' related experience preferred• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills• Strong responsibility and attention to detail• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principlesWhy Join Us?Avenues features a rich, enjoyable workplace culture where each employee is valued and greatness ispursued.
