Shifts Available Part-Time 3P-11P PER-DIEMS: 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 7 AM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM $30.00 - $39.00 per hour (all inclusive) Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment. Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per POC. Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in New Jersey. Ability to work with multiple patients at once. Valid BLS Certification (CPR). Minimum of 1 year experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred. Experience in Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.
