LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this on-site role, you’ll deliver resident-centered nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, and document in the EHR. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic, dignity-focused care for older adults, many from underserved communities.
