Job Summary
A Labor and Delivery (L&D) Clinical Nurse position is available in Goldsboro, North Carolina. This role involves delivering competent clinical nursing care in a hospital setting, following professional standards. Candidates are required to bring their licensure as a Registered Nurse on the first day. The position requires working night shifts, with a schedule of 12 hours per shift and a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details

• Location: Goldsboro, North Carolina
• Schedule: Night shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of Nursing; licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina; one (1) year of nursing experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from AHA or ARC; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA or ARC; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) years of Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience; Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred; block schedule requests will be reviewed
• Skills: Patient Assessment, Care Planning, Nursing, Patient Care Coordination, Patient Education, Point of Care Testing, C-Section Circulation, OB Triage
• Additional Information: Local rate is $71; Will review block schedule requests
