Candidates must reside in Orlando, Fl or Las Vegas, NV. What You’ll Do As a Collector II , you'll manage past-due mortgage and maintenance accounts while providing exceptional service to our Owners. Key Responsibilities Manage collection activities for delinquent mortgage and maintenance fee accounts. Contact owners by phone and written correspondence to discuss account status and payment solutions. Maintain required call volumes, contact rates, and performance metrics. Ensure all collection activities comply with federal, state, and company regulations. Assist owners in understanding ownership agreements, contract terms, and available payment options. Process and document account activity accurately and thoroughly. Handle customer information confidentially and professionally. Request and utilize skip-tracing resources when necessary. Collaborate with team members and leadership to support departmental goals and operational excellence. What Makes You Successful Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written). High School Diploma or GED. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to meet applicable federal and state licensing requirements. Flexibility to work assigned schedules Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Preferred Qualifications 6+ months of collections, customer service, sales, or account management experience. Skip-tracing experience. Experience in timeshare, banking, financial services, mortgage servicing, or a related field.
