- Welcome and check in customers, open work orders, and coordinate diagnostics with our tech team
- Communicate proactively with clients in English and Spanish regarding vehicle status, timelines, and costs
- Provide accurate service estimates and recommend additional services honestly and effectively
- Manage warranty approvals, insurance documentation, and vehicle delivery
- Build long-term relationships that drive loyalty and referrals
- Participate actively in shop operations with an eye toward a leadership role
