Position Overview We are seeking a forward‑thinking Collaboration Tools and Data Services Professional to administer, enhance, and deliver enterprise collaboration technologies. In this role, you will focus on tools such as SharePoint, Mattermost, email platforms, and more, ensuring they meet the needs of teams operating in secure environments. Your work will directly enable productivity, streamline workflows, and foster collaboration across high‑security domains. What You Will Do Administer and optimize collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Mattermost, Sentris, and email systems to ensure they meet user needs and adhere to security requirements. Enhance user experience by developing and delivering training materials, documentation, and support to maximize adoption and effective use of collaboration tools. Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new features, workflows, and capabilities to improve productivity and streamline collaboration across programs. Maintain the daily operation and availability of collaboration platforms, ensuring minimal disruptions and high performance. Partner with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, cybersecurity, and program management, to align tools and services with program objectives. Analyze and report on platform usage, performance, and trends to guide continuous improvement and decision‑making. Work with cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with operational standards and ensure secure collaboration environments. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 3 years of experience. Minimum 3 years experience with collaboration tools, enterprise platforms, or related technologies. Security+ certification. Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date. TS/SCI with active polygraph. Travel up to 15% as needed. Qualifications We Prefer Experience with emerging collaboration technologies and cloud‑based solutions. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Strong analytical skills to track and report on platform usage, performance, and areas for improvement. Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service delivery frameworks. Familiarity with automation tools for improving platform efficiency. Work Location Onsite: Employees who work in onsite roles will operate primarily onsite. Texas, Cedar Rapids, and other U.S. office locations may be considered. What We Offer Salary range: USD 86,800 – 165,200.
